Products are well made and from natural materials. The sales can give you good discounts between 10 and 25%. The cloth used for coverings of cushions and futons feels great. Every time I have been in the Guildford branch the staff have been welcoming and helped me find the best products for my use. Even though the name suggests they just do Futons, they also do high quality door mats, shelves, desks, pillows, and other home furnishings.

Love this store. Beautiful, quality furniture & home decor. Staff are friendly & super helpful. Plus the Guildford store has an amazing offer on at the moment (until May 9th), buy 1 item, get your second item at 50%. I will definitely be going back. :)

Missing one star only bec the store didn't have a futon part i needed .. which is prolly not the staff's fault lolz. This is a spacious, varietous outlet, with trinkets and doodads for every room. There is a sale on at the moment, and you can get some of its most premium stock at prices that are better than on-za-line ; - >

I wanted a sofa bed for a home office.I tried some options in the shop, got professional and assured advice, my sofa bed was quoted and then ordered.It arrived on the day of MY choosing. Construction was quick and easy (Just me and my 16 year old who made the valid comment this is way better than Ikea!).Impressed with the build, quality and service - not to mention a very good price. I've already been a repeat customer.

What a wonderful shop! We bought a 3 seater sofa bed, and a very useful Cube which is great when our grandson comes to stayRosie, the sale's person was very knowledgeable and helpful, I would very much recommend a visit to the shop, rather than just ordering on line.We are extremely pleased with our purchases (we also bought lampshades) They all look perfect in our living room.
