Primark

Good store, great staff.The team helped my friend when we realised she needed a safe space to go through a PNESiesure. They were great and delayed closing the store and gave her some water. Honestly greatly appreciated, give them all a raise lol

Don't like overcrowded shops but otherwise ok. Didn't wait too long to be served considering amount of customers.

Good size Primark, well stocked, sizes available. Tidy, clean, would recommend to Primark lovers. Prices of items are more Dear now, some clothes I'd say are cheaper elsewhere.

Nice staff .easy to locate what you are after.different queues for card payments or cash .I think personally tills with humans make a better shopping experience.nice tidy shop.plenty of choice.

the clothes are what you would expect for the price however they seem to only cater for people of a certain size . I mean if you are really skinny then there seems to be lots to choose from but if you are of average size for in your 40s then forget it.

I went to get shorts for my holiday, size 12 . There were no sizes other than a 4-6 , and about 50 pairs of them!. There are not many people in the UK this size, so why such a large stock in this size. The checkout queues are massive. That's a no thanks from me!

Excellent,,they had everything I was looking for and efficient staff,,the only fault was the closure of the second floor pay counter meaning I had to go to the ground floor and stand in a very long queue

A little on the small side so a lot of the time you won't find the size you need: just the things you'd like to buy in the wrong sizes certainly in the men's and kids sections I was interested in.You won't find many kids or men's shoes here so no chance of finding anything you actually like in the sizes you need. Total waste of time for footwear.Also big queues upstairs when I shopped due to only having 1-2 staff serving so I almost put my shopping down and walked out.Staff were great though.

People standing in doorway to avoid rain it's disgraceful dress appropriately or deal with it. Clothing is overpriced it's Primark for bloody hells sake I came in needing clothing to sleep in couldn't get anything less than £10. At least the staff are nice.

I recently moved from dubai , I am a loyal customer of Primark . Had visited Walsall store with my children . Had shop of more than 200£ staff was nice enough . I found a black guy (security guard ) extreme in racism .he first told me to take care of my stuff and my daughter . When I came back at main door after paying my bill exactly the time was 13:35 and date was 10–10-23 . The black guy from security started bulling and harrasing my wife and a lady from my friends and family .I am quite new here I could not understand his accent . After reaching home that lady told me that the black guy was bulling and harrasing us . I had made complaints to many plateform including the Primark head office . It was a really bad experience .
