Phoenix Vaping: Southwick - Sunderland

A decent little shop, the only dedicated vape shop on the verge of Southwick Green with a customer focused chap behind the counter. Reasonable and competitive prices. They have their regulars who are always good to learn from.

The staff in this store, taught me how to make juice from scratch, showed my how to make it with salts with my new pod, always made recommendations and have fixed old vapes for me in the past, and provided me with all the materials to make juice. During lockdown I made sure to order from here to help them out and they delivered in no time.I'll always use these guys, I'm not a hardcore vaper, they always understood that. Thanks to what they taught me I can literally vape comfortably for a month in about £20 and I'll keep buying the materials here.

The man that served me went above and beyond amazing customer service. Will be my regular vape shop.

Really good first experience with Phoenix Vaping, easy enough to go in and grab exactly what you need or you can try their vast selection of flavours in store. Staff are lovely and hella helpful they'll be able to find you any kind of flavour you need and suggest awesome alternatives too. Josie was my cashier and vaping visionary for today and I've walked away from the experience feeling confident with the flavours she has sold me, and look forward to returning again soon.

Excellent range of products and very knowledgeable staff. Cracking little shop

Just purchased 2 usb chargers at a very good price. While I was there I explained to the assistant that I had a JML portable fan and I could not get the battery anywhere it was a 18650 he contacted someone on the phone and to my surprise the batteries they stock fitted. So anyone who needs batteries for a JML portable fan you know where to go.the service I received was first class. Highly recommended.

Not what it used to be, you can buy same products elsewhere cheaper

Been using this shop for a month now..buying the same coil doing the same process. Bought a coil the other day brought it back an hour later after soking it the correct way as it burnt out on the first press.. every other coil has been spot on and done the same way with no problem. I noticed the cotton was tighter than usual yet it’s still my fault..so after the hour I’ve brought it back they refused to exchange it and kept my money.. why lose customers over a faulty coil is beyond me. I will be using the one in the galleries Washington from now on as the guy seems to be more lenient towards faulty Vape products.. better priced and puts the customer first. personally I would avoid this Vape shop at all costs as it’s never their fault and you will not receive an exchange for any faulty goods.
