Always provide good service and advice, Only use approved parts whilst being reasonable with their bills. Can perform MoT testing in-house so this saves time. I have recommended the Coventry Service Centre regularly including to the vicar.

I took my vivaro in with an array of warning lights on. The problem was quickly diagnosed and highlighted a previous owner’s bodge in the fitting of an incorrect filter. A faulty fuel injector and throttle body were the result and the cause of the light show.Not a quick job as the injector was seized in the engine. But persistence and skill paid off and my van is now back on the road in the rudest of health.Great first experience of this workshop. Thanks guys.

I have used vauxhall centre since owning my vauxhall astra 1.6 cdti which I purchased via the trade centre. I use the independent vauxhall service centre for servicing repairs and MOT. I have recently had a timing tensioner issue with car making a lot of noise. The Vauxhall Centre got my car sorted and had the repair cost covered via my Rac warranty. I am very grateful for the service I received, as this kind of issue could have cost up to £2000 to rectify. The staff are very open and honest and I will be using this garage in the future, even if I don't keep driving Vauxhalls.

I took my car with ecu fault they had the car for a week diagnosed that there was a fault with exhaust, i paid the bill of £460 came to collect car after 5 days still had a fault manager plugged in his computer cancelled fault. told me to monitor but fault came back on Saturday they were closed couldn't call or take car back. Monday took the car i was told i had to be booked for Thursday, Thursday i took the car now i am told its a different fault i have to pay further £115 not impressed with service i got. And the manager was not professional.I didn't know you're the manager I thought you're the owner, I was referring to guy I spoke to on Thursday when I went to pick the car. And yes I was told I can't speak to you as you're on holiday when I asked for your number. The warranty refused to cover that is true that is why I had to pay myself. Anyway it's fine I have dealt with the issue.

I suggest you avoid this buisness at all costs, i put my vehicle in for some relatively straight forward work after talking to the owner showing him the vehicle and giving him a list of work to be carried out, i tried to ascertain if the work i required was within their capabilities and was assured it was.I was told the work would take two days, i took my vehicle in,but after more than 22 days, and a variety of excuses, appologies, and various stories, the vehicle wasn't ready.Finaly it was, i was told ready for collection, but when i arrived to collect, it wasn't ready, when i eventualy collected the vehicle it had more problems than when i took it in, and the owner didn't know what was going on in his workshop, i had scratches on the paintwork that were not there when i took it in, and the final bill was £75.00 dearer then originally agreedPlease be warned""
