Restore Me Acupuncture

Restore Me is wonderful. I go to see Nicola on a regular basis. She has helped me with various issues including stress, fatigue, back pain, heel pain, sinuses, sleep, bloating etc. I usually have acupuncture but I've also had massage, reflexology, cupping and imoxibustion. I always come away feeling refreshed. She really takes time to listen and understand your issues to give the best treatments. Can not recommend her enough.

An acupuncturist friend in England said that she had been having great success treating long covid symptoms and recommended Nicola as my closest practitioner with all the right qualifications. Since I started with her in late October 2021 she's fixed one of my symptoms already (digestive issues, cleared after 2 treatments when conventional medicine hadn't helped for 15 months) and is having positive effects with the remaining two symptoms (severe fatigue and painful circulatory pins and needles). Her place is spotless and her organisation, emails and covid precautions are all excellent. I don't feel a thing with the incredibly thin needles going in and she's happy to explain what's going where and why if I ask. It's all very relaxing. I'd pretty much given up hope that my situation would change before a long covid cure was found, but now I can see gradual improvements; for example, my average step count is now over 1000/day (Feb 2022) when I could only manage less than 400/day in October. Nicola's very responsive to my feedback and is happy to adapt the treatment as required, e.g. focusing more on building energy if I have a bad week, or pushing on treating the circulation if I've had a good week. I'm usually struggling on the walk in and come bouncing out with increased mental and physical energy! I've already recommended her to multiple people directly and am happy to do so generally via this review.

The most relaxing experience!I was 9 months pregnant and with baby’s arrival imminent I really needed to unwind and prepare for birth. Having never had acupuncture before I was a little nervous and wasn’t sure what to expect.Nicola was fab. She is very professional and made me feel at ease straight away.I was amazed at how relaxed I felt after just one treatment and how my stress had just melted away!I can highly recommend Nicola’s acupuncture for both relaxation but also for preparing yourself for birth.
