There is an older lady at the 'Cafe' is genuinely the nicest person I have met in any coffee place.100 % customer care with genuine attention to detail and no matter how busy always has a nice word to say.So different to all the youngsters working in hospitality.There is middle aged tall guy (Barista I think) - he is equally GOOD.Well done and if a GM reads this - give them a pay rise. :)

The cafe: 1) Always staff buzzing around seemingly achieving nothing while the queue doesn't move. 2) Overheard a customer being told that 'supplier issues' were the reason behind such-and-such never being available... you're Marks and Spencer, for God's sake: there must be plenty of firms eager to properly supply you!

I needed help for my very poorly mum who was outside the m&s cafe on Sunday being terribly sick due to medication. I saw A young lady with a very long dark haired ponytail working in the cafe, I asked if she could call a caretaker or someone to clean up the mess but she came straight out with a glass of water bucket and broom and cleaned the pavement herself she was very kind to My very embarrased mum . She is a credit to M&S so sorry I didn't ask her name. But thank you so much.

Love this M&S store, it's quick to pop into as there's parking nearby. The helpful and professional staff coupled with the range of food is up to the usual Marks and Spencer's standard.

Staff are professional and are always keen to help they give time for you to choose and will always give advice if needed. They are always kind to my daughter and go the extra mile. For a retail park shop this has a high street feel and are keeping up the reputation of the brand.
