Over the last 3 years of working for Home Instead, I have met some lovely clients, had full support and guidance from the office staff and have thoroughly enjoyed my work. The ethos of the company is giving clients outstanding care, which I would want for myself or family member. A great, very friendly company, who work as a great team.

Not happy with their care, my neighbour has different carers frequently throughout the day and have left her key box open. Luckily I'm close to her and managed to reset it but I'm disgusted they would leave it like that!!

I joined Home Instead Bromley in December 2017 & it’s the best decision I have made.I have regular clients and I love looking after them to keep them in their own homes.My clients are like my extended family.I have been given lots of support by Home Instead.I have had invaluable training & there is always opportunities to further my career as a carer.I only wish I knew about them when I needed a care company for my mum.

Home Instead care for my 92 year old father who has Alzheimers.The care my father receives is outstanding, when I come home Dad is always smiling and chatting with the care professionals.Knowing that the same care professional comes at each visit is great for Dad. I would recommend Home Instead to everyone looking for care for their relatives.

After working for Home Instead for nearly 3 years, I can honestly say that I learnt so much, not just through training sessions/ courses that were provided, but from the office team, Care Professionals, clients and their families.Home instead really do value the clients wishes and encourage independence, without taking over! I love working with the team here at Home Instead Bromley. Clare and Karina and the team truly care about their clients and staff and you can tell they always go above and beyond for them and are passionate about providing quality care. It’s been a privilege supporting them in the digital journey.

I joined Home Instead in 2014 and I’m still part of it now I have found my perfect job. I love being part of a genuinely caring company who’s Priorities are that of our Clients and Families needs and their well-being.They also take care of their Caregivers , I'm given fantastic Support and encouraged to excel by them offering ongoing training and opportunities to move up the ladder . I would happily have my parents cared for with Home instead Senior Care .

This review is based on my experience at the Home instead Bromley. This business doesn't even deserve 1star in my opinion. The manager was exceptionally rude to me. And if you ask questions about how the organisation is run, and the wellbeing of the patients. The staff will become very defensive. The manager actually shouted at me and I found her and the supervisor to be very intimidating. I am very concerned about the welfare of the patients and the service which is provided to them. Please do research on different care homes and organisations caring for your elderly family members. And do not be afraid to ask the staff and management questions. Before allowing your loved ones to be left in the care of these people. Extremely disappointed
