I made an online order, and after the order was delivered, there was an issue. Matt kindly sorted it all out. Good customer service

I had to remain them that I place an order .After 4 days I received an email that my order was shipped with an inexistent tracking number.I didn't receive anything until now.Poor communication they didn't reply to my email.I will choose an different supplier next time.

Got introduced to Dan and the Team at Shooting Sports UK Ltd in search of a Beretta GMK 50th Anniversary DT11 and was just so impressed at the level of service and friendliness of the whole experience. An easy conversation in agreeing some trade-in values and I walked away with a truly amazing piece of hardware. So re-assuring that there are still those out there who understand customer service and in building relationships. I will be back for sure. Many thanks guys.

Great shop everything I need is there and there’s always something new in the shop. Nothing is ever to much trouble and they will always go the extra mile to help you. The staff there are very knowledgeable and always have any answers I need. Cannot recommend highly enough the extra bonus is it’s only 20 mins from me but I would travel an hour to here if needs be. Thanks again guys.

I made the journey and thought I’d have a little look around hoping this could be my new go too shop for my shooting supplies. My first impression was good I had a nice chat with the owner about getting me some prices and he seemed keen. He said he would email me prices, I waited and had nothing so I emailed them, still nothing so I phoned he said he had the email but didn’t reply and once again said he would email me with the prices. Oh to my surprise I had nothing so I’ve since gone somewhere else. It’s a shame because I wanted to support a new local company and all I got was messed around, if they wasn’t interested or they couldn’t get what I was after they should have just said.

What a gem. Beautiful shop fully stocked with everything you need. The staff are very knowledgeable and can't do enough to help you. Certainly won't be going anywhere else.
