This is my local Sainsburys, and I shop here every week. Lately though, things aren't so good. The lights have been dimmed, and it's noticeable. The stock is becoming more sparce, and often now, restocking is very poor. It is quite usual to find a product this week and then not again for 3 to 4 weeks. The in-store pharmacy has closed and the general state of stock and lack of time spent tidying makes me think that the store may be closing down soon. I think that 'gap checking' the shelve stock, cleaning the toilets, and focusing on the 'supermarket' part of the business might be more beneficial to customers than hanging rainbow flags outside. Just me, but I need my grocery store to make a statement on shopping, not sexuality. A neutral shopping environment is real inclusiveness.

Unlike its competitor up the road it doesn't look like it's been burgled after and during a restock. Tidy store and helpful staff. Those cursed aelf-checkouts need replaced by till staff again.

The member of staff at the till was so lovely. I was very anxious, and she put me right at ease and didn't rush me. She spoke to me so gently (but not condescending), and was so friendly and kind. I wish I got the woman's name to be able to give her a proper thanks.
