Run & owned by Lorraine Hampsey, LH provide a range of home care domiciliary services to adults and children with varying additional support needs and within a wide range of settings. A very person centred approach I see as a huge incentive to any potential client or family seeking respite who may be considering employing their service. From a few hours a week to 24/7. Personally I'm completely disgusted by the ever increasing demands, legal requirements, legislation, red tape and bureaucracy forced upon care providers across the country with ever decreasing resources and funding to provide a level of service over and above that ever required before. This unfortunately will take its toll on the care industry in general and, LH SOCIAL CARE have fallen foul of some of this legislation. It seems staff recognised that once the service requirements had been maxed beyond recognition without the needed provision of funding, any additional squeeze has only succeeded in the unavoidable yet inevitable ability of such services to be person centred. The very focus of care services should always be directed toward the client but, in recent years especially, the spelling of client has changed to '££CLIENT££'. What a shame. Once you could choose from the reddest most juicy apples in a basket. Now you're looking for the one with the least rot. Not over ripened by the sun but destroyed by the maggots who sneak in and feast at others expense.

I have worked for this company for eight and half years . I have a team of four carers with different experiences different diversity and we work really well together ❤. I can only go on my experiences with working for lhsocialcare . I would highly recommend working for this company. Very approachable manager carers about how you feel will listen to you any time or day . Office staff are amazing and don't get the creditability what they deserve. Working in this care role is demanding rewarding and challenging and I love every minute of it . We really focus on the client and that's how it should be . Highly recommended lhsocialcare for a company that cares .
