i needed to go to work , i always go by taxi , this time i called this conpany, beside they the driver didn t start the route on screen he charged me 10 pound more then normal, i had to start work otherwise i would call police for what he did, hopefully nobody else would recommend them!

Driver was on time and very chatty, he knew the best quickest ways to get where I needed to go!

24/7? Complete joke. I’m a lecturer and needed to get a taxi from Crowngate. I was greeted with an extremely rude, grumpy voice telling ‘there’s NO taxis available’. With the flood of fake ‘good reviews’ for this abysmal company, please understand that this genuine and this how the company talks to potential clients. Don’t waste your time, go to competitors who will treat you very nicely.
