Very Duck at Bang Bang Oriental Foodhall
Had Shanghai noodles with beef which was made of udon rather than flat noodles. Despite a big dish it was too sweet for our palette. We ordered the squid tentacles to give this a try. This was served on a skewer and came out dry. Would not recommend this dish.

The food is ok especially the portions but the woman who takes the orders is the rudest person I’ve experienced EVER! Not only did she get my order incorrect which I couldn’t be bothered to even correct. She did not remember I wanted take away and told me to do it myself and threw the containers in the direction while huffing and puffing. I also witnessed her treat a man with rudeness who asked for a napkin, he asked for another and she refused but when he said they ordered for 2 she gave him one more. Honestly why do they have this horrible woman dealing with customers!

Food was tasteless, cold and not nice at all. I have been to Bang Bang several times and this is the worst place I have visited in terms of the food itself and the rude service. Decided to give here a try since my usual, Hakka next door, was very busy and there was a long queue and although the dishes looked similar I will say, DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE LOOK OF THE DISHES! I would completely avoid this place at all costs!! Will be returning to my usual

DISGUSTING. Ordered salt and pepper ribs. £11.80 for 4 dry and cold ribs. Sent them back to be reheated and they were even worse second time around.

Not happy with the purchase at all and The lamb skewer was absolutely a joke, £2 for this tiny skewer, such a disgrace for Chinese foodThe scallop with glass noodle was apparently microwaved as the glass noodle were almost coldVery unhappy customer

The food was alrightish, but miles away from what other places around are serving. It is just an unlucky evening for us, we wanted to give it a go smth new but that was it, lesson learned.We ordered a shredded duck soup, which was nothing that a bowl of sauce, duck was only on paper, lots of chillies. Also got an aubergine with pork mince - this wasn’t anything better than just rice with aubergine, pork was probably just one spoon of that. All in £25, no drinks, way below expectations.

I ordered chicken fried rice with mushrooms and plain chow mien, and I must say, it's a gastronomical delight. Absolutely delicious. As there is no perfect 5 stars, I give Very Duck the highest rating I can give, 4 stars!

Tried the grilled onion pancake and taiwanese fried ribs. I love Asian onion pancakes! So crispy and yummy. Smells really good as well. These make great snacks but I thought they were a bit on the oily side.Taiwanese fried ribs are so yummy! The sticky sweet and chilli sauce is really yummy. And was not expecting so much!

Would give 0 star if I could. They served the stingiest potion imaginable, for example, £5 for a HALF of a pig's trotter (that means mainly bones). No place I've been has ever served a half of anything, you either should get a whole thing at least, or a few on a plate to share. They also didn't offer a refund or to increase the potion when I asked. Other food here also smelled unappealing, probably due to low quality or out of date frozen ingredients.Picture is of the pig's trotter they served us as it was 'fresh' from their kitchen and untouched. We had 2 other octopus skewers on the same plate but took them off, so I could bring this over to ask the restaurant if this was a mistake... It wasn't, they were just cheap.
