Staff were really friendly, but was overpriced for the service I received. The consultation online could have been more detailed as it didn't cater for people with allergies and I didn't find this out until I arrived. This was slightly disappointing amongst not receiving a consultation on site as a new client. The beautician was really nice and polite but my rating is based on the service.

Decided against booking a manicure and pedicure here because of the unhelpful customer service and unclear treatment descriptions. I called to enquire about manicures and pedicures because it was either unclear from the website whether the treatment was offered at all or if the treatment offered included certain processes (e.g. cuticle work). I was after a regular manicure (e.g. not luxury/spa/shellac/gel) and a regular pedicure (not luxury, spa, shellac, gel etc). Neither of these are strictly listed on the website. When I asked if the treatments included a process or if it could be included, I heard uncertainty, reluctance, and a level of disinterest. Eventually I was told that all the information was on the website and I could book my appointment on there. After learning I could have cuticle work for an additional £10 on top of a file and polish I thought nope, and I took my business elsewhere. Why am I needing to create a custom manicure and pedicure when I'm not asking for anything out of the ordinary?

Just had a lovely facial and massage, feel so relaxed and pampered. Often my skin can be a little sensitive, and can feel dried out after a facial, but the products used were really nice and moisturising. They follow all covid regulations, so you feel really safe whilst visiting. And all of the staff are really friendly
