We had an unfortunate leak through the ceiling of our kitchen which I could not locate. Glow sent two plumbers out within half an hour. They found the cause promptly, made little mess (they had to cut through my ceiling to access pipes) and repaired the problem for me. They left the kitchen tidy and clean and I am thankful for their service as they saved my kitchen without doubt.

I was contacted by a very pleasant representative to arrange a date and time for my annual heating/boiler servicing.Paul, the engineer told me what time he would be arriving, which he did promptly. New radiators and heat pump monitoring kitFrom the initial site survey with Jack to the work being completed I am happy to report that this was an overall positive experience.It was helpful that during the survey Jack was able to whip out his laptop and prepare a quotation for the works right there and then. Modern technology being used to good effect in general: between e-mails, SMS & phone calls I was kept up-to-date with progress, when to expect operatives visiting site, etc.I was fortunate that thanks to a cancellation elsewhere I was able to have the works at my property carried out much sooner than anticipated. I get the impression that the office staff are well organised and dynamic - shuffling the workloads around to keep the workforce productive.The operatives that arrived on site were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and clean & tidy, whilst keeping mess to a minimum, laying down dustsheets and doing a good job of clearing up whatever small amount of mess they did make.All-in-all, I was pleased by the whole process end-to-end and I would be happy to make use of Glow's services again in the future should I need, and to recommend them to others.

Second time I have used Glow and both times they have been fantastic, this is includes the staff at the end of the phone who are so friendly and helpful. I was offered a discount for having my boiler service early…. Bonus! Paul turned up and was helpful, friendly and we discovered we had both worked in the same place previously! I had a new gas boiler fitted by the Glow company a year ago. Efficient and professional. It was serviced recently, again efficient, in time and friendly. Really pleased I selected this firm when I Googled gas boilers. No hesitation on recommending them.
