I purchased four replacement wooden windows from Schnauber and it proved to be an excellent choice. No regrets whatsoever.Possible not the cheapest, but still reasonable priced, the windows are very high quality, and the service provided was first class, from pre-sales consultation right through to installation.Only caveat is that there was an 8 week delay between ordering and installation as the windows are custom made to exactly the required size.Highly recommended, and I will use again for the other half of the house.

We are very happy with the level of craftsmanship and customer service. Marius and Michael were always on hand to answer our questions, delivered and installed the door in time and left the house perfectly clean. The door is of very high quality and the installation team truly took the time needed to attend to all the little details.

Schnauber (Cambridge office) fitted some new hinges to make some old windows fire compliant. Fitting was complex due to age of the windows but they went above and beyond to deliver a fantastic product, staying twice as long on a Saturday to get the job finished for the original quote. They also, for no extra cost, made small repairs to some rot. These guys are highly professional, friendly, have great attention to detail and I highly recommend them. When I get new windows I will be coming to Schnauber first.

We had two sash windows fitted in a bedroom (replacing metal framed windows). The new windows have transformed the look of the room from the inside and the look of the house from the outside, even more than I anticipated. Very professional service and everything was cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased!

The quality of this product is amazing. Since the windows have been fitted we have had many nice compliments, and the comfort of our house has improved dramatically. They really are a like for like replacement for our windows, which is exaclty what we asked for.The quality of the work and the quality of the installation team was great. Will definitely use them again

Schnauber is highly specialized - their teams have developed top notch expertise in designing and fitter timber windows in traditional buildings. I was impressed by the rigour of their teams, their enthusiasm and their attention to details. Their prices are also extremely reasonable and very competitive. I would strongly recommend going for them instead of going for some of the big names/firms in that field, who often did not know what they were talking about and were crazily overpriced.

Very good experience with Schnauber who installed two sets of French windows for us a few weeks ago. The team were incredibly professional and worked in horrendous weather conditions to secure the windows and left around 9pm. They were back at 9.15 the next day to finish the job and we are delighted with the outcome. Would recommend highly.

Very professional. Initial consultation was really helpful and we were given a lot of practical advice. The end job was phenomenal and we were so impressed with the level of detail and care that went into fitting and finishing our windows. Of the several jobs we've had to have done whilst doing up an old property, this is by far my favorite with such an impactful results. The house is quieter and warmer!
