Wellness Warriors Yoga Studio

This was my first ever yoga lesson. Becky the tutor was fantastic and made me feel very welcome. The session was for mixed ability and at no point did I feel that I was in the wrong class.The setting was stunning as well.

It was a tough but lovely class. Wayne our teacher was very welcoming. He created an inspiring atmosphere and kept a close eye on us. The studio itself is a good place to be.

Becky is a truly inspirational yoga teacher. I met her a year ago whilst I was on holiday in Devon and I attend her classes when I return. She is extremely professional and has such a caring nature. She is very knowledgeable and supportive - a wonderful lady.

Kate was a really thorough, hands on, teacher. She had prepared the class so well she was able to take us through a strong flow, keeping us mindful of our practice. Thank you Kate!

First time of heated VInyasa , on arrival a very smiley greeting and warm hug hello from Becky , what a lovely class , warm ! Very warm, but actually enjoyed the heat making me feel more suptle as the class went on , other members friendly.Becky was great, very informative, simple instructions with the odd funny joke putting everyone at ease , Becky regularly checking and helping everyone into correct positions avoiding any injury , her voice was uplifting ,encouraging and calming at the end of the class , I came away feeling liked I had worked but had the best nights sleep ever .Hard but will persist , would love to be able to flow like the others, lovely room ,couldn't wish for a better experience .I signed up for trial period but will definitely become a member .Would highly recommend anyone to give it a tryThen there was Rocket Yoga , if you really want to challenge yourself go for this class , Wayne is a very strong instructor totally committed to yoga and helping you achieve what you want out of your practice , Wayne constantly gives you options ,always checking everyone is OK, and a great big smile with lots of enthusiasm and encouragement that if you try you might just get there !Two very different classes with two fantastic teachers which makes your practice worth every penny

Beautiful little studio, Becky had created a calming haven at wellness warriors and had a wonderful collective of great teachers with styles to suit a wide variety of preferences when it comes to yoga and movement. Definitely recommend giving this gorgeous little studio a visit!

Great pilates class with Jane. She tailors it perfectly to meet our needs whilst stretching us a little bit each week. There are always options and clear instructions with a few laughs along the way. Thanks Jane
