Purchased a shed for £1090, they fitted in December...a few weeks later the roof felt came off due to the wind in January, called TJ's to explain, said they dont do repairs due to wind but will come out and give me a quote for repair and replace the felt.we are now almost into May, 4 months later and after calling them back 3 times during this period still not been to repair.each time i called was told that they dont have the staff or the repair man is off sick... sure they have installed sheds since though! meanwhile had to use buckets to collect rain water thats got in my shed.appaling customer service, happy to take your money but if you need anything after not interested even when i would pay for a repair to a brand new shed , not the way to treat customers.certainly would use other businesses who care about customers in future.

False promises and inferior quality product. My large shed was installed 12 months ago and it hasn’t been waterproof from day one. The roof leaks as well as the walls, windows and door! They refitted the felt once last year but still it leaks. They have been out to look at it again 8 weeks ago but haven’t acted on promises to come and fix it. My tools are rusty and the shed is full on mould. They said the walls leak because my garden is exposed to wind! So unless you live in an area where the rain only falls vertically, I’d avoid buying a shed from T J Garden Products

Fantastic service . I'm not a gardener and had to change sizes a few times but the lady was very patient with me. Would recommend to anyone .. great price too. Thank you

I had my second shed from TJs last week, which was ordered in April. Having to wait so long, due to the situation, did get frustrating, but Maxine and staff understood. I was given a realistic timescale for delivery and fitting, and this didn't alter. I'm very pleased with the shed, and the fitters were brilliant. Thank you TJs.

I Would never buy a shed from this place , they did not fix the shed properly and after numerous emails no one ever came to fix this ! Very rude over the phone I would avoid this place !

Very Poor Customer Service - Ordered shed and was told 2-3 weeks, 5 weeks later it arrives. Asked for hen hatch to be in shed and chased status 3 times, shed came with no hatch and was told we are too busy". Will never use again
