This included writing a report in support of an administration application.We paid them £60,000 on account.The draft report was supposed to be delivered on the morning of 25th January 2022 to solicitorsWe did everything they asked, and instead of interacting with us, they failed to answer their phone, WhatsApp messages and emails.They breached their contract with us causing substantial damages.We trusted them to do a job and they let us down.To add salt to the wound we're even struggling to get our money back from them.We've had to report them to their regulators and considering issuing a winding up petition against themThe director rarely answers her phone even though she promises to be available whenever needed. When there is a challenge, she gets one of her staff to send us emails instead.I would definitely avoid this firm and instruct someone that wont let you down.
