I have used Wolsey many times over the years, but most recently when trying to buy my dream home in Tricky circumstances. Mark Shipp's product knowledge, efficiency in keeping me updated and his calm and re-assuring manner, helped made what is often a very stressful experience as smooth as possible. I cant recommend them highly enough.

I used Mark to remortgage on a property when my early repayment penalties were expired. I was with my previous lender for 12 years so having to go through the whole process of remortgaging was all relatively new to me. Mark made this whole process so much easier. He found the perfect remortgage for me and arranged all the required paperwork for application through to completion. This was all completed professionally and very efficiently. All in all, what i thought would be a long, drawn out procedure was quite the opposite. We worked with Mark at Wolsey Mortgage Companyand to setup a mortgage for our recent house purchase (December '21).On our previous property we had setup our own mortgage, but decided to see what deals Mark and his team could find.We ended up going ahead with a mortgage offer from Mark, as it was better than the deals we could find. It was under £300 for the admin fee, but this is a small cost given the savings we'll make with the mortgage Mark arranged for us.Wolsey Mortgage Company arranged the paperwork for the mortgage, and also liaised with the bank to settle any minor concerns as the mortgage was processed.Mark and his team were a pleasure to work with, and they made the process of obtaining a mortgage a less stressful process than when we did it ourselves.

I received a great service from Mark Shipp at Wolsey for a recent successful Mortgage application. It involved a land registry title split. As Mark actually discovered a client who would lend on this basis early doors then the whole process became easy and everything else just fell into place.
