Been using this company for *years* and never been let down. Prices are great, range of products is great, staff are friendly and helpful and *very* patient. They have to be when dealing with me as I have Aspergers and natter on about unrelated stuff, ask questions and generally take up their time. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Brilliant customer service .we were looking for fencing solution without a doubt the staff came to our rescue with a new product called durapost solved our problem easy to use and comes with 25yr guarantee. Fences were well built and sturdy will be ordering more soon very helpful and friendly staff quick delivery.highly recommended.

Probably the BEST timber yard within a 50 mile radius. Used them many time in the past,you can get anything from a small screw to a wooden fence and anything in between that your mind can think of. Nigel stands head and shoulders above all other designers for roof trusses etc etc, the man is a genius.The staff are always polite and will bend over backwards to assist you with any problems that you you may have.It is a sad world that we live in that there are enough companies like English Brothers" serving and helping the public to their best ability."

Absolutely appalling service. They were happy to take my money to have items delivered and then cancelled late afternoon before delivery should have taken place. No reasonable excuse which now means that our property is unsecured. Amazingly enough I have been able to source the items from a local dealer who is able to deliver quickly. Extremely disappointed. Shame on you for taking advantage of a national situation

Iv'e worked as a heating engineer on one of the builds this company provided.I reached out to them for a extension on my own property and they have given me tons of free advice on what I could do given the size and location and then offered contacts of people that could continue to support me with progressing in the journey
