Gascoigne Halman we're great with us. We we're under immense pressure to get the house over the line in time for the new school year, with us moving 25 miles away. We spoke regular, sometimes 3/4 times a day and Aimee and Ed we're always great and really helpful. Moving house is such a difficult time, especially when you have two children and no onwards support in your new location. They helped us with every question and got us over the line into our new home. Its been a dream to move to Prestbury for 15 years, and we did it with Gascoigne Halman's help. At times I felt I was pushing them too hard to get the deal done, for worry with getting the children into schools, but at all times the team we're understanding, thorough and always very helpful. We originally listed my Mum's home with Holmes Naden but the sale fell through and only a handful of people had viewed the house over several months. Gascoigne Halman relisted the cottage at the same price with more photos and I think we had as many viewers in 4 weeks as the previous 5 months, plus two viable offers! The sale took longer than hoped because of the chain, but the Prestbury team of Aimee, Ed and James were proactive in following up and communicating, and ultimately delivered the sale we wanted. Grateful for their professionalism and I think we benefited from the network of offices that GH has across the region. Highly recommend.
