CTD Tiles Croydon

Can't believe how bad this store is. Phone up for a specific tile That is discontinued give them the name, they check in stock, I collect get home receipt says the correct and they given me the wrong one. Even though double checking on the phone. Phone back he checks no we don't have it in stock. I suggested it may be an idea to train the staff properly when someone is being specific. I didn't get in really sorry I will pick this up. Just Mistakes Happen" yes they do but avoid at all costs if you want any empathy after doing a 2hour round trip to buy something that's wrong."

Very helpful and attentive young staff member. Found their competitors next door had prettier tiles for a cheaper price!

Absolutely appalling. Tim, the Assistant Manager provided poor service with large dose of arrogance. He needs to be retrained. Having been promised a phone call a deafening silence was the only response. I was forced to call the shop at 4pm and when he confirmed that the tiles were ready to collect. When I asked why didn't anyone call. He said that his staff had phoned in sick. I informed him that I was driving over and may be delayed, could he wait for 10 mins. His reply, We close at 5pm". I told him that considering that he hadn't called me it wasn't an unreasonable request. He retorted " I will give you 10 minutes.We have other things to do".....Don't you just love this type of customer service!!!!!!Clearly gave me an impression that he was doing a paying customer a favour."

Really nice shop, great selection of tiles & brilliant service from Tim & the team at Croydon. Will definitely be shopping here again & certainly would recommend to friends & family.

Bought two lots of tiles. Got them delivered for free. Nice thick porcelain with a good quality gloss finish. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely go there again.

This is the best tiling shop around Morden, large variety to choose from, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable personnel, strongly recommended!
