Order was placed at 4.30 delivery arrived at 5.30 as advised. The special curry was ok, but the chicken was cubed, possibly frozen or reformed. The king prawns in chilli oyster sauce was watery and bland and chips were hard.

Difficult review to write - out of the two meals that we ordered, one was really lovely however the other left a lot to be desired. The chicken in orange was tasty, fresh chunks of chicken and pineapple in it. The shredded beef in chilli sauce was however, inedible. It was beyond chewy. We've only eaten here once before so maybe today was just an off day." We certainly won't be ordering any more beef dishes though after tonight. The order arrived in good time and was piping hot."

Had ordered a couple of times from here before. After placing my order they called me back to tell me that my address was quite far (Warmingham side of Middlewich), which was nearly £4 extra! I reluctantly agreed as I know rising costs are hard for everyone. I was told it would be 45 minutes and it took nearly double that time. The order was incorrect (no crispy chicken pieces in the boneless salt and pepper box, and ribs instead!) and the food was cold and the chicken balls were over done and completely dried out. I will not be ordering from here again.

First Can't understand why it’s not named as the laurel? I ordered tonight took 1 hr to arrive and my order was wrong explained and was told no worries we will send out the correct order. 40 mins later it arrives and wrong the second time. So I phoned and had a young lad argue the toss with me what I was ordering wasn’t on the menu. Which I’ve read online explaining this was met with “well online isn’t the menu we use” so drove down and again the jumped up excuse of a boy tried to argue the toss saying I was wrong. So pointed out clearly on the menu (paper one ) and he didn’t know what to say. This lad needs some serious lessons in customer service at very least taught how to read. Will not EVER go back again worst service in sandbach by far

Customers for many many years and always very happy with the quality, price and speed of delivery. But something has happened recently as the food is really not good. Have they been taken over or something? We've stuck with the Laurel for several disappointing orders, but it's not improved at all. Last night's meal was particularly wierd. Thai green curry just wasn't a thai green curry at all. Hot and Sour soup missing any flavour, just sharp and harsh, and the sweet and sour HK was just inedible, we had to bin it. Will try again sometime, but not our regular place any more.

Ordered via their website and took over 2 hours. We couldn’t wait any longer so cancelled it…. Apparently only one driver on a Friday night.
