Ringland Post Office

Use the post office service here for sending parcels. The lady is super helpful & polite.

Been ripped off here big time several times. Why the closed the office in Alway is beyond me. Alway never ripped me off and had trustworthy staff. I will never use this place again. They need to be investigated for ripping people off and especially vulnerable customers.

We had to renew Driving Licence and Passport and the though of the paperwork and process was daunting, but after we got to the Ringland Post Office the gentleman who served us was amazing , he was helpful, calm and made the whole experience not only calm but quick too Thank you so much for being there , 6 Stars

Had a small parcel to post. Post office shuts at 6pm and yet at 5.40pm the guy said “post office is closed” the other man who used to work here was much more accommodating. Won’t bother in future.

Never had a problem customer service is amazing always helping me if I need help I always sens pacels off and never had a problem

Used Ringland po several times for all sorts of things never had a problem staff always very helpful the lady behind the counter is very nice and very polite.

I went in today to send off my old driving license. I asked the lady working there to have it down as recorded delivery. She said that’s fine but I needed another stamp. So I paid for it and I asked to have a receipt for the letter. She said I didn’t need one. I then spoke to my mother in law outside and she told me if it was recorded delivery I’d have a receipt. We both went back in to correct this. We stated again I wanted recorded delivery. The lady and gentleman working there both said I never asked for recorder delivery when I did. I felt so humiliated being called a liar in front of other people and I feel as though the staff didn’t care about what I said. I will never ever be visiting here again.

Very good experience eveytime i visit and staff is very helpful ,polite and respectful . Highly recommended
