What a wonder caring vet and staff. Was unfortunate enough to go with a dear friend to say goodbye to her beautiful dog. A horrid thing but she was treated with care and respect....someone who is genuinely there for the animals in her care not how much money can be made from worried panic stricken owners which seems to the case with others. Thank you for your heartfelt care and professionalism.. A genuine lovely person a joy to know.

Heather and staff are outstanding! Truly have your pets best interest at heart, always helpful, accommodating and welcoming. Practice equipped with everything your pet could need, kept clean and very well stocked. Any medications needed are there the next day (my large dog sometimes needs more than the average) hours are aimed at client convenience, wouldn't go anywhere else. 110% confidence in them with my girl who has been in recently for a minor x-ray procedure under heavy sedation, couldn't ask for better and neither could you!

I’ve been using vets since I was 17 ….. that’s a few years ago now . So ? I’m qualified to have an opinion . Heather is a very personable , friendly expert in all things animal as well as human …. Stands out from the crowd for her down to earth practical advice and support . Trust is the keyword and clear concise diagnosis helps you the customer make accurate decisions . Prices are significantly better than any of the over staffed and not so caring choices elsewhere in the region . Good opening hours and above all really cares for your animal and you . We are quite new to Heather vets but we warmed to Heather immediately. She is knowledgeable, fun and caring of our little young dog who was only a puppy on her first appointment. We didnt need to try anywhere else, all our questions were answered fully and we felt in competent safe hands. That was 6 months ago. Our dog has recently had an op and has recovered well . Thanks to Heather and her team.
