Lanes for Drains PLC

We had a problem with water egress from a seep hole in a retaining wall adjacent to the street. Lanes turned up, water blasted and ran a camera around the whole system. They identified that a blockage was causing water to seep through the manhole cover under the flower bed. They cleared the blockage and were also able to give assurance of the decent condition of the drains. £480 very well spent! These guys have all the equipment and expertise that is required, and I would heartily recommend - *****

Very poor business to try and even engage with, and if you cant get the front end of a business right it rings alarm bells.

Lanes were called out to fix a blocked drain for a student property as part of home emergency insurance. They left the back yard covered in sewage expecting the students to clean it up. They did clear the main blockage but one of the other drains was still blocked with sewage so I ended up clearing myself with my arm down the drain pulling out sewage

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Diagnosed the problem wrong. Then the van left oil all over my drive now they won’t fix the drive correctly. I’ve told my insurance company I do not want them again.
