Excellent staff, polite, helpful from the moment I arrived. The eye test was professionally carried out in a friendly way. I was then able to chose glasses from my chosen price range with the assistance of a another member of staff who was also polite and helpful through out the entire process.

After slamming the door to her office athe person who was supposed to give the eye test refused due to being 4 minutes late for an appointment despite it being one of the first appointments. She left all teh face to face to the polite young man who had to tell me. Very inconsiderate given how empty the shop was.
