IMO Car Wash
Next to Asda, the thing that is going most for this place is the location. However the quality of cleaning is very inconsistent - multiple times they miss parts and at times have left my windows looking dirtier! Also, some guys can be quite unfriendly. And although it says closing time is 7:30, they stop taking cars in after 6:30 pm.Decently priced, it's okay for a basic clean but don't expect the detail or thoroughness of a good hand wash.

Pay £13 for Ultra HD. 1 first, they spray foam only at the 4wheels then jet spray.Next, is drive into the machine.Result not cleaner as before washed. Especially the windscreen which easily notice.Nearby £10 handwash doing much better job.

Ultra HD wash.Usually with the pre-wash (someone with a jet wash before you drive in) it’s very good, but due to COVID no pre wash allowed, which I understand but they’re still charging full price and the car does not come out clean. I actually pre-washed the car myself this time with a jet wash and brush yet some how it came out the IMO wash dirtier with muddy water stains? Not sure if it’s because there was a queue of cars and they’re using dirty water, or it’s the lack of pre wash.Disappointing when paying a premium price compared to most other places.

There are never enough staff for valet. They pushed cars in a bit fast so you felt like you were going to bump into each other.

Employee damaged my car with the hand held pressure washer because he stood way too close and left it linger for far too long on one spot. Completely took the paint off. This terrible company make it nearly impossible to make any sort of contact or complaint and don't accept responsibility. If it was the actual car wash I am aware of the risk and it would be my fault, however when it is the low-brow dummy with a pressure washer it is on them.

Didn’t check my car over until I got home but very disappointed with a £13 car wash when it’s missed area’s. No prewash the cap said because of covid. If they can’t offer the full service the should be charging full price.

After having my car washed there, I wrongly thought that my wheels have been damaged by the mover. The shift manager helped me understand the mechanism and why it couldn't have caused the damage, and helped me to interpret the rim damage marks, pointing out irrefutable evidence why it wasn't caused by the car wash. Nevetherless they offered to fill out a damage form so that the case would be investigated by the head office. I declined this due to the new evidence discovered together. I'd like to thank the staff for their professional and helpful attitude, even though I was wrong.

Always a decent service.Gotta pay for the over £10 wash to. Get the proper roller wipedown. The cheaper washes leave water drops on your car.Nevertheless, it's my go to car wash.

I've always washed my car's here and I was almost happy most of the times. But today I've arrived at that point when I'm tired to keep explain to the guys...if I paid HD lets me HD. If not, please let us know you're not able to dry it...or wash it.

IMO Car Wash
Had my car washed which is black so this colour shows any marks, after having my car washed there. The drive through car wash scratched my bonnet and rear car boot lid not overly happy and left a lot of water marks on my car so had to wash my car by hand at home to remove the water mark smears, will not be going there again might be a few scratches to some people but not impressed with this car wash. Just hope I can T-cut the scratches out.
