Steve was really professional in all he did, from the first meeting through all the negotiations and hurdles along the way to final completion.The highlight of the process was the photography, video and 3D walk through technology he used in the listing - I think this really 'sold the house' as we had many viewings on the back of it with positive feedback from the viewers too.Steve was always on hand to give advice and we had complete confidence in him.We lost one sale, but Steve was there right away - we re-listed the same afternoon and had new viewings booked by the end of the week and a new sale.He was there on the final day of our move too. He collected the keys and handed them over to the buyer once the sale was completed the next day.Highly recommended! (and a very competitive price too!)

Steve recently helped us buy our forever home!!When we found the house & made our offer, our house wasn’t even on the market.Steve went out of his way to get our house ready for sale within a couple of days & in less than a week we had a number of viewings & then an offer which helped us secure our new house.Even when we were weeks into the conveyancing process, Steve helped us negotiate a couple of things with our vendors.He really went above & beyond!!!I’m never moving again, but if I were too I’d definitely use Steve/Open House & recommend their services to friends & family.

Steve from Open House was great from the moment go. His photograpy is second-to-none and the photos of my house were superb! Great service received overall. Very informative estate agent, but not your typical pushy salesman. Very relaxed and calming. We mutually agreed a sale price for our property and Steve took amazing photos and Doll House video which were live the next day. The house sold to the 1st viewing! Couldn't fault Steve. Very professional and easy to work with, came across as a genuinely decent guy, at a fraction of the cost of the more well known estate agents. I wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future and would highly recommend.

So very happy with our experience of open house estate agents. Sold in less than one week.! Steve is right in his view that what a house needs to sell is good pictures and a floor plan. I was guided on how to stage my house for viewing and even contributed to my sale advert. I had buyers through my door within days and it's been very useful to have access to keep in touch via WhatsApp. To find a contemporary agent with low fees, and a personal touch is rare and the future is bright for open house in my opinion. Will be recommending.

Right from the start Steve was great, we called late in the evening and was shocked that there was a voice at the end of the phone. Usually estate agents have the same hours as working hours. Also, the communication via text was so much better for when at work. Steve was prompt with viewings and was always excellent with communication. Overall open house was a great experience, the company was new to us, but we highly recommend it
