Great service provided by Richard at TrustFord WSM. The whole process of buying the car was smooth. I wanted to leave the car at the garage for a couple more days after handover & he even gave me a lift to where I wanted to go rather then me getting a taxi.

Great service from Sam, who made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything very clearly, and demonstrated car, which was a great help to me, I hadn't intended to put an advance payment but after talking to Sam and looking at the car I was more then happy, will definitely return

Richard was fantastic! Excellent customer service, he sold us our Ford Kuga ST edition last week. We had a courtesy email giving us an update during the week. Richard was friendly and professional throughout and made us feel comfortable. His interpersonal skills were fantastic, from greeting us, to remembering a conversation we had the prior week! When we went back to pick our car up, he made sure all work was carried out and to an excellent standard! We'll be coming back for a new car when we need one again!!

My partner has had an extremely poor experience with Ford Weston Super Mare from start to finish. There have been a list of problems but I will only highlight here the worst.This was the third attempt at having a service and MOT with Weston Super-mare.Multiple problems with miscommunication between the booking team and Ford WSM about a courtesy car being available, appointments were changed twice by ford (On the second attempt my partner turned up for his booking and had to reschedule for a third time as a courtesy car was not available as promised).A courtesy car was available today for the booking (11/01/23) and it was absolutely filthy inside, the smell was putrid and smelt like vomit (I unfortunately had to experience the smell and state of the car myself).The car was full of wrappers/bottles, dust and grime over all surfaces, it clearly has not been cleaned in months, and smells like someone’s been sick in it. My partner had absolutely no choice but to use the courtesy car as the MOT could not be rescheduled again and he needed a courtesy car today for work and to get home.(Courtesy car registration WR19OUX Blue Ford Kuga just to pre warn any future customers)The staff at Ford WSM were not bothered in the slightest when my partner raised the issue with the courtesy car. We can’t believe any staff member thought it was remotely okay to give a customer a courtesy car in the state it was in. No refund or apology was offered for the state of the courtesy car.My partner won’t be renewing his service plan with Ford or using WSM Ford again.

Richard was really helpful, making sure everything went smoothly when we ordered our Motability car. Richard always kept us updated on the progress. On the day of pick up he showed us around the car making sure we knew how things worked etc before leaving the showroom. All in all we had a very good experience.

Thank you Mark and the team! You went above and beyond to help me, after I was towed by AA following a brake fluid leak. Which was caused by damage during the MOT from another garage. Very grateful for the extra mile you went, from the lift to the station, negotiating with the other garage to ensure they acknowledged the error, to the complimentary safety check and even cleaning the car. You helped me to cope with a stressful situation and found a solution. Fabulous, top notch service!

Generally good service. There has been an issue however with TrustFord clearing the outstanding balance on my old car. 2 weeks after leaving the car with them the balance has yet to be paid.

I have some disabilities and wanted to see if an SUV type car would be better for me in the future - in terms of ease of access and driving position.I visited TrustFord in Weston about a month ago and had no intention of buying a car - just literally wanted to get in and out and sit in an older model Kuga to see if something like that would be worth considering.I talked with Richard Dibble and he was very helpful. Despite knowing there was no potential sale involved (I'm not at all local), he took the time to talk and then show me a car that I could sit in, and also made other suggestions that could help me in the future.So thank you to Richard - your time and interest was very much appreciated.
