Well what can I say, thank you Steve, for all your help with my daughter and the purchase of her new car, this man went above and beyond, as my daughter was very perticular,wanting an automatic, etc, she test drove one car saying it was to big, there was no pressure to purchase and even a call when a smaller vehicle came in. Well after 2/3weeks back and forth and looking all over Essex, she decided she liked the bigger car so it was fingers crossed it was still there. As luck would have it was. She has had the car about month now and absolutely loving it and her many trips to Somerset. I would definitely recommend them.

Be careful and read all the paperwork that this company gives to you. Bought a car in a rush, unfortunately it was under Cat N. I didn't know at all what Cat N means until someone else explained to me. This guys will never tell you about this just to sell. I brought this car back after couple of months, lost money, he saw my frustrationand and also was told I insulted him. It's ridiculous!!

Purchased car for my daughter so they went through all the details thoroughly and patiently with me. Easy paperwork and they helped every step of the way. Daughter loves her car and we are very happy with the whole transaction from start to finish. Thanks so much to Steve and the team.

Fantastic service! This was my first car purchase and Steve was great in all areas. I don't know a huge amount about cars so I had lots of what I would call silly questions". Steve was patient and answered each one in a language I was able to understand. He was fair during the negotiation stage and then extremely helpful with all areas afterwards (he even picked me up from the train station). It must have been hard to carry out all the above whilst abiding to the COVID protocols but again he was great - the whole process was carried out in a safe manner. He sat with me (with a facemask on) and made sure I was comfortable driving the car. We did a few laps around the forecourt because he wanted to make sure I was going to be ok driving back to London.One very happy customer!I have actually since been in touch to ask another question re the car and he answered straight away and sent videos to assist with my query. Be careful when buying a car from here and do your own vehicle checks. I was naive and rushed into the car I got. I didn’t check the paperwork thoroughly when in the show room. I noticed once I paid the deposit & got home that Cat N was added to the vehicle report. Have had to take the car back a few times due to it not working properly. My driver side door constantly rattles, my cruise control failure warning light appears all the time & the windscreen wipers don’t work. How the car passed its MOT & Service days prior to me picking up the car is beyond me. I also haven’t received my log book for the car in 3 months which I have now had to spend time I don’t have sorting myself.

Seamless transaction, no hard sell, would not hesitate to recommend and to go back … one day. Thank you Steve.
