Sol Yoga - Hatha Flow Yoga with Silvia
Silvia is my partner but I am writing this review as a newby in Yoga. She is the qualified Yoga teacher, I am the beginner in this context.I have found that Silvia's way of teaching Yoga is very relaxing and gentle, most of the other participants as well as myself have found it easy to begin Yoga with - and to be gently stimulated to want to stretch our bounderies" without any accidental damage to muscles or joints!There is no need to over-exert oneself
