Berries Bagels and shakes

Variety of drinks from healthy to the ice cream shakes ..mango smoothie was very refreshing. Lovely customer service from the young lady. Definitely would visit again to try the bagels and jacket potatoes . Interior was clean and there was some seating too . I would imagine this place busier in the evening when the weather is warm.

Loved it!!! The mango fruit tea was amazing. Would 100% recommend it.

My children love the milkshakes and every time we are in Bradford we have to pop in. Last week we just got there before closing. They where so lovely and quickly made us our milkshakes. X

I recently visited Berries Bagels and Shakes and ordered their Kinder Bueno milkshake. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The milkshake I received was watery and lacked the rich and creamy texture I expected. Additionally, I found the price to be quite expensive for the quality of the drink I received. I must admit that the milkshake did not meet my expectations, and I was left wanting more in terms of taste and value for money. As an alternative, I would recommend people to try the milkshakes at Mr Ts, where I have had better experiences and found the drinks to be more satisfying.

Im not a nasty person to give you a 1 star review. I walked in and was really impressed by the stores huge menu on the wall and great service. I ordered a jacket potato and to be honest it was huge. The only thing that let it down was due to it being microwaved and the potato was hard at the bottom. It totally killed it and was a huge let down. The amount of work gone in to make the shop such a breath taking place then to be let down by a microwave meal. Hopefully you guys will rectify this.Edited reply: No please dont apologise, its fine, but please take on board the feedback, the potato was cooked in a microwave, half was hard'ish and the rest was soft.

What a lovely gentleman behind the counter! we went in to buy an ice cream scoop for the little one and was offered it on the house, genuinely instills warmth knowing people have the heart to be like that with strangers. Thank you and InshAllah will be over with the family at some point in the future. Once again really appreciate the kind gesture!

I came on sunday first time to Berrie’s and was recommended boba tea. It was honestly the best boba tea in Bradford. I was served by the young workers and received excellent customer service. Will definitely be visiting regularly, they have got me addicted!!

Story of my order with Berries (B) Great Horton:Me: call the store and asks, can i place an order?B: yes, what would you like?Me: 5 milk shakesB: as your order is over £30 we can't take this order. Come in store and place an order.Me: please take one item off, order shall be below £30, If I need 5th item, il place a separate order in store.B: no you can't do that (i.e you can't amend your order).Me: as i said, take out 5th item, order shall be below £30.B: says it shall be same thing, puts the phone down without explanation or apology.Me: few minutes walk in the store, try yo have conversation with the staff on what happened in trying to place the order over the phone.B: customer services guy again says, it would have been same thing and points to a gentleman next to him who is a manager, says very dismissively and rudely, this is company policy.Me: yes I tried to make order below £30.Manager: again very rudely asks me, so what do you want? Ignoring the whole point what I am trying to say.No empathy, no apology, no courtousy, not even an offer if they could do anything different to make things better.Me: still placed an order below £30 as I had promised kids milk shakes. But the whole situation left a bad taste.Poor customer services from staff and manager!

Nice polite staff beautiful interior design spaced out shop menus on display was lovely you could see all the house shakes. I went for a large Falooda milkshake £5.75 which is a bit pricy. The drink was very disappointing all I could taste was milk ice cream. Nothing like the traditional falooda drink I was expecting.

I was served by the owner who had brilliant customer service skills, was polite and respectful. I ordered a jacket potato which was one of the best potatoes I have ever eaten. The potato was oven baked, with fresh quality salad, croutons, and presented very well. The chicken was tasty and full of flavour. I also got the best shake in the world" and it was yummy!Definitely recommend this to everyone passing through Bradford.Great seating area and the decor is bright and modern!Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere."
