Twice the delivery was sent back to the depot as 'address cannot be found. On the second time I had waited for 30 minuets out side my property before the alloted 1 hour time slot and had not even seen the van, after getting the message that it was on its way back I jumped into my car and went looking for the driver, I found him 300 yards away around the corner I asked him why he had not dropped off my parcel or not seen his van and he said it the drop of is not pinned it does not get looked for. I had previously downloaded the app taken a picture of the house and added a what 3 words address. Total shambles."
