So disappointed, used them before to fit a new boilerand continued to have it serviced no problem. But this time 4 hours late and ignoring messages and calls then sent apprentice to have a look? Confirmed another time and same again- no show no communication no response. Really let down - so still no hot water, service or replacement toilet. Your life is in their hands so if you have the patience to wait and just stay in just in case and don't mind being ignored, let down then this is the team for you. Thought they were decent guys.

Called these plumbers out on Monday late afternoon to plumb in a sink. They came on Wednesday morning and had the job done and everything back in place within two hours. Fantastic job and great guys.

We had a cold radiator, he replied to my message promptly, arrived within the hour, fixed it in 5 minutes and as it was such a small job didn't charge. I would definitely use him again.

Waste of time. Arrived to measure up for a replacement shower cubicle and hand basin. Said he would come back to us the same day with a price. Which he never did.

Phoned them in the morning they gave me a time in the afternoon and arrived on time got the heating working in a few minutes and didn't even charge came out to do a service on the boiler really competitive price and were friendly and courteous we'll definitely use and recommend them again thanks

Cannot praise Carl and his team enough.Gave me good advice on what to do with my bathroom, as I hadn't a clue, and they did an excellent job. I had noticed what a good job they had made of my friend's shower room. Would highly recommend.
