What a lovely pub situated in a lovely part of town. The pub takes a tribute with its fishing heritage from the pictures you see hanging up.In addition, the beer tastes lovely, the pub is clean go two dart boards, and a snooker table. You can ditch the car wherever you feel like, and the staff are generally friendly.

Would be five star but no food available.This was not meant as a criticism because it's a lovely family run pub with great friendly atmosphere and lovely bar staff and landlady. It also has the benefit of very reasonable prices. We use the pub on a regular weekly basis and have a great time every visit.It would just be nice to be able to get a sandwich maybe, if required.Sorry if this is seen as a negative about the pub, it's not meant to be, itsonly an observation. It is a great local place to go and enjoy.

Great pub with a nice atmosphere.Drinks reasonably priced with a good selection of Ales.Open mic night on a Thursday is popular - make sure you turn up early to get a good seat!Has a lounge bar and a main bar with 2 different atmospheres and a pool table in the main bar.

Friendly little pub that is unique in that it has two entrances for the lounge and the bar. We aren't locals, but we were treated the same as everyone else. If you want food, go to a gastro- this place is a proper pub!

Great pub with lovely staff/owners & a bunch of friendly locals. Lots of events put on, well worth a ten minute walk from the front if you're on holiday.

Boycott any establishment that fund raises money to contribute’s to the RNLI bringing in immigrants! We are a country that is struggling and on its backside as a result of mass immigration. There are many other more local charities that could use financial help. RNLI CEO is earning £160k + a year!
