OTM Carpentry - Bespoke Cabinets & Wardrobes

We chose Ollie to build a bespoke bookcase with cupboards for our garden room. Right from the off we knew we'd made the right choice; Ollie was very responsive, quickly came up with drawings following our initial meeting and was highly professional and very personable.It was a real pleasure having Ollie here and watching the daily progress. We couldn't have been more pleased with the end result, including some lovely little touches of his. Ollie is a skillful carpenter who obviously takes a lot of pride in his work, he delivers high quality results at a fair price and we would highly recommend him.

Ollie did an amazing job on building a cupboard and shelves in my alcove. He was always responsive with emails and advice, he listened to what I wanted, carried the work out in good time and was extremely tidy and respectful of my property. I asked Ollie to build a set of 5 wardrobes and cupboards for me spanning one entire wall of a large bedroom/study - 6m long. I found Ollie really good work with. he has some great ideas of his own in terms of keeping costs down and finessing my design (for which i had done a full set of drawings). Ollie, is smart, professional, takes pride in his work, welcomes a challenge, plans well and keeps a clean and tidy workspace - all of which I appreciate. He will clearly go far and is already an excellent cabinetry professional, and I think charges a fair price, bearing in mind that this is fully bespoke work and nothing except the drawer backs (a clever cost-saving idea) were off-the-shelf. I found him personable and straigtforward to deal with, hard-working and a good communicator. I really appreciate it when a tradesmen ask questions to check how you want a thing done, rather than assuming, since detailing is important to me. This is the first time I've ever been able to afford to employ someone to do bespoke cabinetry and it was an enjoyable experience. I wouldn't hesitate to have Ollie back and am already designing more wardrobes for him to build. It's really worth talking through what you want and getting it just how you want it, and Ollie improved my design with some nice little details like a stop chamfer to shelves. Ollie gets booked up, understandably, so I would approach him for a quote sooner rather than later. I will add photos when I have painted the wardrobes.

Ollie has been amazing. We’ve had two huge built in cabinets created next to our fireplace wall. The quality and craftsmanship is excellent. The job was done brilliantly and professionally.Whilst it can be a messy job the sanding dust was kept to a minimum and the room left tidy every day before they leftOnce the build was complete it was clear we needed the units painting and thought we’d do it ourselves. Ollie gave us advice and help on what to make it look its best. We actually then decided to leave to the experts Ollie and Corin are pleasant, respectful and hardworking, and the finished product is beautiful!We would recommend without hesitation and will be using his services again for other rooms in the house
