Nail Bar

The nails turned out nice the prices are alright I guess could be better. I went to get both my nails and toes done, I felt very unwelcome they would kiss their teeth at you if you ask for something such as a extra layer of top coat ect or when you by accident smudge a finger, they are quite rude and hardly speak English and get angry at you when you don’t understand them.

Clean place, the nail technician I had was initially nice and seemed knowledgeable. I specifically asked for the £20 basic acrylic set for my hands and if they took card.Lies on all accounts!!Soon found out he'll say anything to get you started and then switch on you so fast!Once done he charged £30 (said he used a special nail polish) sent me across the street to withdraw cash on Kilburn High Road (pretty unsafe!)Will never go back!EDIT AFTER NAIL BAR RESPONSE:- I agree and can confirm the nails very were long lasting and still looked good after a while. Probably worth the £30 paid in the end however- Please try to be truthful with info beforehand and stick to pricing quoted instead of switching and adding more ££ when it's time to pay.- You should have explained the difference just like you did here instead of saying yes you can have the £20 set!" Proceed to dry however you wanted without explaining that method was £10 more and ask the money rudely too.- Next time

They have a loyalty card scheme which is great! Anyone that thinks they are rude probably doesn’t understand them. They will tell you off if you break your nails in between time etc. They are friendly and when parents have come in with babies I’ve witnessed them take turns to hold a crying child whilst mum gets her nails done. Shop is very small but they make use of the space. Price is decent!I would love for them to learn more quirky designs but I have no problem bringing in nail art accessories, pictures and telling them what I want!

They do nails very well here. But the cleanliness/hygiene is subpar. But don't you dare tell them it's not okay to give a pedicure in a spa bowl that hasn't been cleaned since the last use otherwise you will also have the joy of getting bad customer service too. They're not fond of you pointing out health violations...

Such dreadful service. Booked an appointment for gel manicure & pedicure for 12pm, I kept asking when I would be seen as I had been waiting for around an hour and then a man came over, filed my nails so so badly and cut my cuticles so they bled, didn’t even start my mani or pedi and then went on to see someone else. At 1:45pm I was still sitting there with nobody saying one word to me and with my bloody cuticles. This has happened both times I have been here they leave you waiting for hours. Staff so so rude and disregarding. Definitely go elsewhere

My nails are really nice and SOME people in there are rlly friendly BUT the man doing my nails was so rough he was squeezing my fingers lots very hard and when sanding my nails he was hurting my skin. Now my thumb really hurts and is so sore. I shouldn’t have to pay £20 for a sore thumb! As I said my nails are nice but my thumb is really hurting. I will not be going again. Sorry

The worst customer experience ever. They were all gossiping about the customers in their language and were very rudeEven though I booked an appointment I was still made to wait. When i was finally seen the lady did a poor job and I have had to get my nails done less than a week later. If your in a hurry and want to pay £20 for acrylic nails do it but be prepared for a bad job and having to redo it three days later

Horrible! I did my nail for holidays on a Friday and it had all chipped and peeled off by Sunday evening. I had a mani and pedi, and a gel polish on my hands and regular polish on my feet. I went to the salon on Monday before I flew out just to fix it, but it was too busy so I got to only repaint my big toe nail. And the lady confirmed with the manager that I could come back after my 1 week holiday to fix it. And here I am to fix it and the the manager wants me to pay again for nails that didn’t even last 2 days.Horrible service!! Thieves! You can keep the money!! Thanks but no thanks!!

Nail chipped the same day. Lady who did my nails buffed my cuticles too much and caused some bleeding and she also took 1 hr 30 mins to do infill, french tips. Won't come back again.
