I can not give Dorothy enough praise. She is embodiment of a fairy godmother! She gave me confidence, listened to me (even attemped to tame my unruly hair at one point!) and guided me perfectly through the entire dress process. I felt at ease though the whole appointment, and not rushed or pressured at all. You get the vibe from Dorothy that she really cares about every single person that steps into her shop. White Gold Bridal should on every brides dress hunt!

Dorothy and Katie were amazing, they were both so friendy, warm and helpful. Dorothy was very professional and guided me in the right direction. She was very patient and easy going and did not put me under any pressure. Dorothy was very personable and genuinely wanted to find me my perfect wedding dress, which I did! I would highly recommend White Gold Bridal, you won't regret it. ❤

If I could give Dorothy 10 stars I would. Having arrived at her shop from another appointment I had felt apprehensive as in the other shop I'd tried no dresses I liked. From the second I walked through the door I knew I had done the right thing coming to Dorothy. The selection of dresses was incredible. Her ability to pick out ones I loved was fantastic. She made me feel so at ease and I quickly found the perfect dress.. her after sales service is also great. She always made time for me, even when I thought dress didn't fit, she reassured me and took me straight in to her shop (even though I'd brought the dress home months before). Of course the dress did fit and it was perfect on the day of our wedding. Thank you Dorothy

Dorothy at White Gold really walked me through the wedding dress buying process. As a plus size girl, I was dreading the process of finding a wedding dress to suit my style and figure. Given the opportunity, I would give Dorothy 10 stars. We had an appointment with her on Saturday 26th Nov, I was super anxious about the appointment and finding the right plus-size dress.Dorothy made us feel so comfortable, she included my Sister and Mum in the decision process and made me feel amazing, we tried 3 dresses on, and I said yes to the last one, then was more than accommodating with trying out different options to customise the dress, each of which Dorothy pulled items from her box of tricks so we could actually see what it would look like.Thank you so much Dorothy for making me feel so special <3

What a lovely place! Dorothy really listened to what I wanted (and didn't want!) and immediately found me exactly the right dress. She made the whole experience fun for me and my mum, and gave me really good advice from beginning to end. Absolutely recommended!

Amazing experience with Dorothy, better than any other shop i went to. Its the first one i didnt come out crying after the appointment! Dorothy was fantastic, she was so warm and brilliant, such an amazing personality and nothing was too much hassle for her! I found the perfect dress for my big day and shes been amazing ever since!
