Beautiful job tailoring a waistcoat and linen dress for an upcoming holiday. Team were very knowledgeable, providing different suggestions and options, and what to look for in clothing in the future for my body shape. Will definitely be returning for any tailoring needs!

Cambridge Tailoring altered an old style baggy jacket and trousers into a modern well-fitting suit thereby giving it a new lease of life. I was impressed by the advice of what needed to be done and the quality of the work carried out and can thoroughly recommend them for men’s clothing alterations.

Yesim has made a beautiful job of every single piece of clothing I’ve taken to her for repair over the last twelve months. Skirts taken in, trousers and shorts needing pockets mending and seams reinforcing, much loved cashmere jumpers repaired and a beautiful trouser suit that had a tear in the sheer material of the top part of the bodice that she magically rejuvenated so that you’d never tell it wasn’t brand new!. She is thoughtful and considered in her suggestions/solutions, very reasonable in her pricing and always accommodating in the timeframe set out for collection. I have found her to be both professional and friendly in her manner and can’t recommend her highly enough.

Absolutely the best tailor I have ever worked with. I brought not one but TWO wedding dresses into the shop for a couple alterations and she was not only realistic but came up with a creative work around. She is very honest with timing, updates and alterations so you know what to expect and when to expect it. Could not have been sweeter when discussing any alterations and answered all my questions. I cannot thank her enough! Highly recommend!

I've used and supported this seamstress for years, since she opened her shop. I found the service good but her attitude was rude. When she started to have a lot of customers, she didn't hesitate to ''kick me out'' and send me to another tailor when I told her that the asking price for hemming a pair of trousers was high. If you want to be called a reputable company, it's not enough to just be good at your work. Good customer service and courtesy are essential to sustain a business.

Yesim completely transformed my wedding dress for me and made it into my dream dress, she followed the pictures I gave her exactly! The things I asked to have altered were to open up the back and chest area, as well as to change the bra cups. Yesim did an excellent job working with the lace and tulle, the dress looks like new and it is not possible to tell that it has been altered.

Did an amazing job sewing a lot of embroidered patches on my jacket for an incredibly fair price. Also perfectly altered the sleeves of a t-shirt. Highly recommended!
