Majority of staff need customer service training. Lots of standing about chatting. It appears customers seem be an inconvenience. Till area the worst groups chatting finishing conversations before helping customers . Try rotating staff round store if they don’t want to do that maybe they are in wrong job. As for the intimidating security staff suggest a name tag. As he’s quite partial to interrogate customers but rather reluctant to give his name.

Was there yesterday... 6-6-16... Poor show tesco.. There was a fire alarm going off no customer care...! Customers left in the store as staff went outside..no one checked isles as i was at the far end of the store. When we went outside the staff were at the farend of the carpark while customers were left standing directly outside the store no care or consideration... Very poor effort.... No communication

I am a regular customer of tesco In tain and a local, I use tesco every week and love the store,although as a person who doesn't drive I find it very disappointing that there is not a paypoint in store and I have to walk to the local co-op to use their paypoint sometimes having to make two trips, the new asda has a paypoint and I just can't understand why tesco doesn't.

Just visited this store and astounded to see the young staff enjoying a game of throwing a tennis ball between the self service checkouts to the red haired girl with glasses at the first checkout.Didn't matter whether customers were at self service or not it still continued.I was shocked....
