The machine looked in working order, albeit it completely full of stock, which makes sense why it took my £2 and didn’t dispense. Way to make loads of money, train stations shouldn’t allow these machines.

Silly robot machine doesn’t work. Took payment via contactless and the robot thing didn’t pick up the drink.Email to request refund bounced back

I tried using this machine twice and on both occasions, I paid my money and got no drink and no refund.They don’t respond to emails, they don’t refund money.Don’t buy products from this merchant, it’s a waste of money.

Had an issue with a machine earlier in the week, followed the refund policy on their machines and got a refund by Friday. Can't fault it.

At Guildford station none of the machines were working at 425am. 430am. 445am. Poor service guys

Contactless only machine at Wolverhampton platform 1 repeatedly crashed and would not take any money or dispense drink. Then gave message “cash only” on a machine with nowhere to insert cash! No other refreshments on the station during a long delay. Awful.

The refund policy is absolutely on point! Had an issue with a transaction however I was refunded super quickly. Couldn't recommend enough!

Faulty machine at York station. Online form on website doesn't work. Emails requesting a refund go unanswered. I wonder how much profit they make every year from purchases which were never dispensed.Update - Did finally process refund over a month later with no response to email.

Terrible company, they must be making loads via people paying and the machine dispensing nothing. When you contact them they ignore you. I'll drag them to court over the costs of items not dispensed. Stupid really but if that's how it's got to be.scam company do not use the vending machines.
