Being tucked away in a corner in sports direct does make the place feel like an afterthought especially when there's still changing rooms in the corner of the area.But, if it helps keep Game on the high Street then I won't complain.It can be a little pricey but they have 3 for 2 on pre owned games which can be a good deal and sales on various things.An assorted of toys and figures and plushes but they've not really got the space to display it all.They also sell pokemon and yu gi oh cards from what I could see, competitive prices for in store I believe.Hopefully they'll keep having good deals and sales on so they have a little resurgence because the only other option in Gloucester is CEX as far as I'm aware for in store shopping.

Staff I approached seemed to know their job, were into gaming and had ready some recommendations. I haven't seen this store being busy and I believe they should probably review their pricing - I don't blame it on the store but the overall management. Putting games as pre-order on the shelves without available dates just seems unfair.

A very good games store that covers consoles well with second hand titles for PS3. Always fun to pop in and check out the latest releases and merchandise. Only small gripe is the demo consoles for xbox and ps4 usually don't work. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Ignore the photo of this place, this is when they had their own store, it's now the corner of the second floor in sports direct. The choice seems a little less due to the space allowed but the staff know what they're talking about and give good advice. I do wish they'd stop trying to sell the disc protection with every game you buy, no I don't want to protect the £5 game disc I'm buy preowned, if it doesn't work I'll bring it back and if I break it it's just £5 but I've never even scratched a game disc in over 20 years of gaming.

All in all a pleasant experience, everything was tidy and well laid out. I was looking for a couple of games and generally wanted to have a browse of what they had to offer. I found exactly what I was looking for within minutes and without any need to ask for help to find, which was a bonus. When I did want some advice (regarding their own experiences of the PSVR) I was pleasantly surprised at their knowledge and willingness to share their own experiences. Easy to move around, not cluttered, staff are helpful when needed. What more could you want.

This store no longer exists in this location.It is actually located on the 2nd floor of Direct Sports, who's staff whinged and complain that they have to stay until after 3pm on a Saturday.The guy that does that ought to man up and be happy that he has a job at all, unless he likes doing 12 hour shifts for years on end on the same rate of pay.

I try to stop by here whenever I can to raid their plushie section for anything interesting, as well as look at their selection of games!Staff are always funny and a laugh to talk to, they always know what they're talking about and are keen to mention offers that'll save me money or get me more for my money.It is a shame they're tucked away in the corner of Sports Direct, but that isn't their fault, they still have a good variety of things on offer despite this!I will continue to shop at GAME in the future!

Having a very bad experience after buying online one item missing from parcel contacted game straight away via live chat who at first were very helpful saying if another parcel didn’t follow they would send a replacement. However 2 weeks on and 5 days til Christmas still waiting for their warehouse to investigate. Unless I chase for an update I never hear from them. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Don’t seem to care that this is a child’s Christmas present and a lot of money

One of my favourite places to get my xbox stuff and they had amazing staff working there over the year's when i went there,I just wish they would buy shop back in eastgate shopping centre because I bet loads of people who are gamers in gloucestershire would love to see it back over there again
