JUST WOW. I had an issue with the website when adding my welcome discount and it looked as though the order didn’t go through I so placed another. 2 orders came out my bank and I didn’t receive any emails. Thankfully bomb was very quick in responding and cancelled one of the orders before it was sent out. The welcome discount didn’t go through and bomb kindly refunded it back to my bank account. Super impressed with the customer service and the products are just amazing, they smell beautiful. I especially like the nourishing cup cake bath bombs. Will definitely return.

Serious egg allergy risk! It was a close call with this one and i did email with no response. I ordered a number of bath bombs including this one and unfortunately was not aware that it contained egg. Thankfully i was waiting for the bath to fill and noticed it is called Albumen" which is egg white. This is unsafe for allergy sufferers and i have never seen egg used in bath bombs previously. It is also not called "egg" anywhere and could pose a risk to the younger market that it is intended for who might not understand that term. It is especially concerning as elsewhere on the site you use the vegan label which could put allergy sufferers into false sense of security. I really like bomb cosmetics products i have otherwise been extremely impressed with the quality but this could have caused some serious harm. 50% of the bath bombs on this website contain albumen and 50% have a big label that says vegan friendly."

Absolutely love this company. Their products are such good quality. I especially loved their hair masks and bubble bath. I hadn't heard of them before the lockdown but now I will be a loyal customer. Would recommend one hundred per cent

I have been a huge fan of Bomb soaps for a number of years now. They are cruelty free, they look great, smell wondeful and there are so many to choose from. I also find it really useful that you can filter by scent (e.g. sweet, fruity, floral etc) on the website and that you can get a more precise description of the scent when you click on each soap for more information. I'm also a fan of some of their candles too.

I love bomb cosmetics!! The quality of the product are amazing and the smells are to die for. My favorite items are definitely the little hotties and all of the candles! My house is full of bomb cosmetics and i wont stop until i have tried one of everything that they have!! I would definitely recommend to any of my friends and family. The service they provide is outstanding! Yay Bomb Cosmetics!!!

Amazing products! I received a selection of the bath bombs for Christmas and decided to see what else they sold. I ordered three candles that all smell amazing and the fragrances filled the whole house! My favourite of which is the Little Miss Sunshine candle. Needless to say I will be purchasing products from them again.

Recieved a box of Christmas bath bombs as a gift.They smell lovely and make your skin feel soft. However, I would not recommend any bombs that have glitter on them. The glitter doesn't dissolve and makes you feel like you're covered in Sand. I needed a shower straight after my bath to scrub all the glitter off. Also, not sure if the glitter is bio degradable. I wont use anything that isn't

Don't bother to work here!I worked for this company for almost 2 weeks and the job was basically doing the orders in the warehouse for amazon. After working for 3 days there, I experienced awful back pain like never before, because the guy working there permanent didn't have common sense and the job was basically moving boxes from one place to another, due to the lack of intelligence of the guy to make the job easier for the person who is braking his back

Held an account with this Company for over 1 year.A competitor apparently complained to Bomb Cosmetics that we were also selling these products, so Bomb Cosmetic cancelled our account with no prior knowledge or comminication or awareness that this was happening. It was only upon chasing a £500 order which had been accepted on line did we find out that our account had been terminated. Appalling level of service or Business ethics. Incenced is an understatement. There are other companies our there avoid.
