Nothing But Padlocks

We needed some quite specific locks for my autistic son's new home - his sensory issues mean that we have to keep cleaning products etc out the way from him but easy to access for us. Lots of searching and I found the large combination padlock here - works a treat on his under stair cupboard, no faffing with keys, nice big numbers to see and easy to use. Product is good quality and all arrived promptly. Would buy from here again.

Very good overall experience. The information on the website really helped me choose the right padlock for my purpose. Item arrived in 2 days and is good quality, especially the fact that it is rust proof so I don't need to worry about the lock siezing in future.

3 years on from buying the Chrome Marine Combination Padlock" I must say it has proved extremely durable. It padlocks our dinghy compound on the Scottish North coast shrugging off all the weather and sea air -it looks bright and shiny as ever. An occasional oiling keeps it running smoothly

We ordered some locks from the website and received confirmation that the order had gone through. The following day we were told that we had to order more locks or they wouldn't honour the order. When we explained the order had gone through without any problems, we were told that we should have read the terms and conditions. This is obviously not practical. This review was originally one star. We received an email, explaining the technical problem, which they are trying to resolve.

I made an order with the company and they noticed i had made an incorrect selection due to their site being unclear but instead of sending out incorrect keys they sent out the correct item and waived the additional cost of the keys i should have selected. So i cant speak highly enough of them on a customer service front
