Very helpful people in the Groom RoomExcellent service.

Gave the groom room a try because they are more local and convenient. Overall the cut was disappointing - irregular lengths, poor blending and a dodgy tail.Later found they had cut his front paw and neck. Called to get advice for the neck cut because he kept scratching and it was getting bigger - no apology and was advised to go and buy some antiseptic treatment for it.When you arrive they take the dog and two of them thoroughly inspect him from top to tail. Thought that's good they are giving him a good check over, but didn't realise they are looking for extra things they can charge for. Told there was a £5 matting surcharge (for a cavapoo that will always have some minor matting behind the legs when you inspect it close enough) is a joke - first time I have had to pay an extra fiver for something I would have cut out in seconds myself. Apparently to cover 'wear and tear' on the clippers - surely the first £43 did this. You have already pre-paid a £15 non refundable deposit so you have no choice but to agree to pay the extra £5 or walk away and lose your deposit, just doesnt seem very transparent or ethical.A shame it was a disappointing experience overall, its a shame because the girls were lovely and maybe wont reflect the experience others will have.

It's a fabulous place and all the girls are absolutely wonderful, so caring and dedicated. My dog always looks so cute when he's been pampered.

Made a mess of my dog really unhappy will not be back, payed £5 extra for nail clipping bur was not done, back end really messy. Still smelt like a wet dog and not clean and fresh. Really unhappy spent more time on another dog that was their when I arrived and still getting groom when I left over an hour after returning.

Joey our 6 month old lhasa apso had his first proper hair cut and full blown doggy groom today and he looks like a totally different dog in a good wayNatasha did a fantastic job so just wanted to leave a good review for herThanks guys and great job

One of the best cuts our girl has had, she looked lovely and smelled divine, she was chilled out too.
