Very helpful staff a credit to the management.Only 1 mistake was the vets visit with my puppy was the table had cat nails on the table and was not cleaned for nexted pet so you do t know weather the cat had some infection that could be passed on.My nexted visit I will check and if not done I will ask for a refund and go elsewhere. Sorry. My pet is my priority.

I love this store. The staff are always so attentive and knowledgeable. I have recently had a puppy for the first time for a long time and Pet at Home has been a brilliant place to get advice and all the things my puppy needs. You have a great team especially Annie, she is always there to help and knows exactly what you and your pet need.

The store here is great, it's in a good location with free parking which is a bonus. The store is always kept clean which must be a challenge but they do very well to keep on top of this.Product availability is good and most items are either available same day or the next.The only reason I've given 4 stars is due to the attitude of one or two female staff members, stood at the till badmouthing a colleague in front of customers, not impressive at all

I have used the company for many years . A good selection all be it not always the cheapest but I have to say that the staff in Southport store always seem so miserable. A smile and good customer service would be good! It puts me off using them .
