Great body shop. Looks like it's just had a refurb so very presentable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have customer toilets and cold drinks in reception. Wheelchair ramp access too.

Five star for the workshop but 1 star lost due to my being told by a lady in the office in their telecom to me (15/01/2018 at 10:27) that my car would be ready by Wednesday 17th Jan 2018 and no phone call from Solus to say why it was not delivered then requiring me to phone them to ask of the progress re the repairs, Mike answered and his response and quick reply to my telecom was excellent so not all of the office staff deserves the above critique.

Ruined my wife's car, still trying to get it fixed by toyota.Reg beginning was HY64 it is now being sent to Toyota to put right the awful mess you made of it costing nearly £2500. The car was even looked over by the site manager who told us that after your second attempt it looked great and was much better and it was awful.

What a hassle-free experience! Solus kept me informed of progress throughout the whole repair.They collected my car and delivered it back again exactly at the times they had promised.I was amazed when the car was returned. It looked better than new! I could have combed my hair using my reflection in the paintwork. The interior was beautifully cleaned. Even the tyres were blacked.I don't want any more accidents but if one happens, I will be more than happy to use Solus again.
