My parents bought a second hand hot tub, not from Richard but they called on him for some help and advise after getting his details from a friend. The hot tub would not heat up at all and we were losing hope! Richard went over and above any expectations, on the phone past 20.30 tonight giving out advise, which has resulted in the hot tub working! We cannot thank Richard enough for his time and expertise and hope to bring some business his way in the future. We owe you Richard!! Thank you.

Great service from start to finish. I highly recommend Richard and his team. We've had our tub over 1 year and love it. Richard went the extra mile for us with his service and still does now if we need his assistance with chemicals.

The Tub Company's Ed & Richard have always struck me as hard working, honest people. I have never had cause to query or question working with them. They aim to have something available to all hot tub buyers, from pre-owned tubs, thru to top of the line American ones. The Marquis Spas have a very distinctive look and offer a truely remarkable massage experience, I find that mine is also very easy to keep clean too.Genuine, nice guy's to do business with.
