I cannot recommend this place enough. My teenage son has suffered with recurring chest problems all of his life and was given inhalers to use pretty much constantly. I tentatively suggested Salt Revive thinking that an 18 year old might not understand it or want to try it. He happily said he would give it a try. I can say the difference in his chest problems is somewhat remarkable and was noticeable in just a few sessions. My son happily takes himself off to Salt Revive making his own appointments to fit around his studies at Hull University. The staff at Salt Revive go above and beyond to make my son welcome and are very friendly and helpful. It’s a wonderful place which has made a huge difference to my sons health.

I have been coming to salt revive for around a month and I've been for 12 sessions, and I feel like I have a new pair of lungs. Before I started my treatment I was struggling to breath and manage in day to day life, but thanks to will and the team at salt revive I feel like I can finally start to have a positive outlook on my breathing, and can't thank them enough. They provide a friendly and relaxed environment and the whole process leaves you feeling very rejuvenated. Would highly recommend to anybody!

Revive salt therpy I've had for my anxiety and stress and for my eczema I also do Tia Che and salt therpy I highly recommend anybody who has relaxing issues to come to the salt therpy and you are inhale the salt does great for Hayefever and is so calming relaxing and is therpy in it self. So YES give it a try. You do not know what you are missing great health wellness.

Fantastic Day at Salt Revive. Enjoyed various taster sessions, loved the reflexology with James and really impressed with the new beauty room. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be re-booking for the salt therapy very soon.

I started attending Salt Revive about 3 weeks ago with a very open mind as to whether or not it would help me. I have asthma and when I tested my peak flow for the past few months have not gone over 250 with the best being in January 2021 when I reached 300-after a few sessions here I now regularly reach 400 and have noticed how much easier it is to breathe. The staff are both knowledgeable and approachable and if you have breathing issues I would recommend you give this a try as it certainly is working for me and might help you too but don't expect a miracle cure as it took a few sessions before I noticed a difference.

Salt Therapy has done wonders for my respiratory health.
